Shipping/Return/Cancellation Policy

Shipping

For standard orders, we offer free shipping worldwide. but for some islands and difficult access territories, extra charges can be applied.

If you are located outside of the USA, though we offer free shipping worldwide, you are responsible for the customs fees, import fees, duties or taxes. Every region has corresponding regulations and import policies. It is recommended for you to be aware of your own country’s import policies and required fees, before you purchase from us. We do not charge you these fees and are also not able to cover them either.

Rush orders are accepted at an additional cost.

Standard Orders 
Production+shipping takes 15-20 days after order placed.

Rush Orders (Additional Cost)
Production+shipping takes 10-15 days after order placed.

All orders are fully tracked and insured.
Order status can be checked through track your order.

 

Return & Warranty

Pre-designed products are eligible for returns within 14 days after delivery. Customized and sales/clearance products are not eligible for returns, except for faulty products. 
If your product is damaged or lost during shipping or has a defect of some kind, your product will be fixed or replaced free of charge.
We offer 12 months warranty for indoor neon signs and 6 months for outdoor neon signs, it covers faulty items .

Returns for Faulty Products
If the product you have received is faulty, damaged or has any error, please contact us at hello@wowneondesign.com within 48 hours after delivery of the product with the following information. 
  • order number
  • email address that placed the order
  • photos and videos of the faulty product & the package

We will evaluate and get back to you within 12 hours.  

Returns for Non-Faulty Products
Pre-designed products are eligible for returns within 14 days after delivery. Customized and sales/clearance products are not eligible for returns.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@wowneondesign.com within 14 days after delivery of the product with the following information.
  • order number
  • email address that placed the order
  • reason for the return

If your return is accepted, we will send you the details for returning the product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and it must be sent back to us in its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning the order. 

Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we have received and have inspected the product.

For some situation, we do not support returns:

  1. Fail to respond within the time frame of 48 hours after delivery for faulty products and 14 days after delivery for non-faulty products. 
  2. Unsatisfied with the product due to slight color or shape variation. As every product is hand rendered, slight variation might occur.
  3. The product is damaged after use, including damages from mounting, rewired, or connected to other elements that are not provided from our services.
  4. Applied battery or adapters that the products are not suited for.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us via hello@wowneondesign.com within 12 hours after order is placed with the following information. After that, your order cannot be changed or canceled.
